Hi — I'm Iris. Normally I'd be guiding a team through two full days of AI Marathons 2026, a real AI Capability Development & Digital Transformation Conference. Today, I'm walking you through that same conference — the same path, the same stops — compressed into about 60 minutes, so you can feel exactly what your own team would experience.

We'll do real, hands-on activities at several of the best stops along the way. At a few others — meals, breaks, a couple of the deeper zones — I'll just point out what's there as we pass, the same way a guide walks a group through a few exhibits on a quick tour rather than the whole day.

Before we start: gather 2–3 people for this. Decide who's Mate 1, Mate 2, and Mate 3 — you'll each take a slightly different path through a few of today's stops.
